Traumwind - I'm spoiled rotten

... by the flexibility modern scripting languages provide... I'm currently implementing a special-case Jabber-Client for my personal use. I do it in VisualBasic, because it'S easy to use the JabberCOM.dll from that Environment, and because I do by now have a rather good command of VB. But the, programming in VB can be so - limiting. I prefer a flexible, easy to modify and expand style of coding, always trying to keep like-things together. But with VB I regularly run into situation where I need to change 4-6 destinct places in the code just to add a new command... Oh, well. Maybe I'll go all the way and plug in some scripting functionallity into my app. Well see.
