wxJavascript
"JavaScript was the ideal solution. Many people already know it and use it on their websites. There's only one problem with JavaScript: No GUI framework available. That's why I started developing wxJS. wxJS ports *wxWindows* to JavaScript."
It uses Spidermonkey, the C++ implementation of Javascript from Mozilla.
wxJs is still in alpha-state but you can already play with it.
The whole source comes with it!
Mozilla ActiveX Control
If you need to embedd a browser component into your windows application and don't want to mess around with M$-licences and a huge filesize, try
this one.
It even has an identical API to the Internet Explorer control.
