Igor knows from past experience that diners who choose fish one day will choose fish the next day 10% of the time. They will choose liver 30% of the time and ribs 60% of the time. Also, Igor knows that diners who choose liver one day will choose liver the next day 10% of the time, fish 30% of the time, and ribs 60% of the time. Finally, he knows that those who choose ribs one day will choose ribs the next day 40% of the time, fish 30% of the time and liver 30% of the time.
