Traumwind - REX: XML Shallow Parsing with Regular Expressions

This seems on a first glance to be a 'tokenizer'. Bulds a list of XML-elements.

One idea that comes to my mind with this kind of stuff: building not only fault-tolerant XML parsers, but maybe even 'cleaning/correcting-parsers'... like Tidy is for HTML
