Traumwind - freshmeat.net: Anti-Web httpd 2.2.9

Anti-Web httpd is a single-process Web server that relies on its inherent simplicity to be robust and secure. It has its own type of primitive HTML preprocessor built in, which is useful for counters, QOTDs, etc.
and it is supposed to compile on windows too. (cygwin)
