Traumwind - similar entries VectorSpace

I'm almost there. I have a script that can generate similar entries list for all my posts, and the display side of it too.
Now I need to dig into the VectorSpace.pm code to make it

perform better (it's currently doing some rather silly things given my application of it)
handle my markup better (strip HTML, term weighting)

Thanks to Kellan I have a very good idea of where to start...
