SuccessBook II
(Wednesday 1st September 2004)

In a post about daydreaming and visualisation Curt writes about how to 're-collect' the feeling that come with success:
I find it challenging to recall those moments of glory when things feel less than stellar. It occurs to me that some prompts might be helpful. In the past, I have started (and aborted) a "success journal" that I would write in when I was riding high, trying to capture the experience for later use. Might not be a bad idea to start again.

Hmmm... Maybe that's why I abandoned my 'SuccessBook'. I was listing all my little and big successes in a TInderbox outline, but never really got past the initial enthusiasm. I re-started it several times, but somehow it didn't realy work. Simply listing success is - I'm still convinced a very powerfull positive affirmation. But it feels too much like work somehow...
