... I prooved the value of IM to myself and an IM-deniala type of collegue. I stepped him through the complete installation of a software-package via Jabber/ICQ. He'd have loved to do it by phone, but I have only one line at home so it's either phone or net for me. Using Jabber I could give him all addivice he needed, complete with code samples and instructions what to change where.
