training as Imagery-Guide would be very helpfull I think. The technique of
deep interactive imagery is very often used to help with these kinds of things, bringing oneself back together with ones memories. It often opens the doors to get those things sorted out that need sorting, like saying farewell to a friend or relative xou can't meet in person anymore.
