I spent this evening exploring the two HDs in my old, old PC. It had spent the last thre years hibernating, waiting for a new 586 CPU (and some new fans, as the lack of those was the reason for the demise of my last CPU).
SO now I have a brand new old Pentium 200 MMX system with 128mb of RAM, a 4mb Matrox Mystique 3D card and a whooping 4+2 gig of HD...
What makes this machine special for me is the facts, that I now have the opportunity to regain some of the data I lost during my recent HD disaster. It's esp. digital artwork... it's a shame how little I did in that direction in the last 3 years since that machine went offline. I practically regained 90% of my creative digital output by reconnecting an 3 year old machine....
