Traumwind - Tinderbox also for WinHelp?

Susan asks if Matt Neuburgs strategy for writing Apple Online Help in Tinderbox would also work for Windows... Sure, I'd say! Windows Help format *.chm stands for 'compiled HTML'... although there's a little more tools in the chain for windows I think the basic concept is the same.
