I'm trying to shake a real bad case of frustration and de-motivation here. I started by quitting coffee. And just because the c-stuff didn't help on bit to get me going anymore, so I took the clue and quit it. I do think I'm thinking more clearly since then, but I'm still not so very much more motivated.
I very often spend my days lamenting about all the things I'd love to do, but not finding the energy (motivation) to simply get started at one of them....
