the value of reflection

In "The Coyote Within" Adrian Savage has a very good point about relection (as in thinking about stuff): "[T]o share truly original thoughts and ideas, you need enough mental space and reflection to develop them in the first place. You must think carefully to work out what's relevant and what isn't. You need to choose words precisely. All this requires skill, time and effort."

This closely ties in with my "way of working less for better results". Those times away from the computer give me amble time to reflect.
